Hello to all you lighthouse lovers. Where does the time go? Can it really be that 2022 is drawing to a close? Even before Fiona happened, great changes were becoming evident in PEI through an influx of new permanent residents and you all know the changes that came from Fiona! It seems like the PEI government is quickly ramping up for increased protection of the shorelines, having seen the damage that can come so quickly and extensively. I just count us as lucky that "our" lighthouse fared so well. That is a tribute to those who built it and our legacy will be to preserve it going forward. Thank you for your part in that and best wishes for the new year from the SPLHS Board and volunteers. Best regards, Bill Morton - President
